- Robot code must be your own. Competitors are allowed to use other robot strategies, but must implement the code themselves.
This will be based on the "honour system".
- Competitors may enter into more than one event, but only one robot may be submitted per event. In the case of team events,
only one team may be entered. Please notify tournament coordinators ahead of time if you wish to use a different robot in
the Free-For-All event than the one in the One-on-One event.
- One-on-one events will take place on a 800x600 battlefield. Team events will take place on a 1000x1000 battlefield. Free-for-all events will take place on a 2000x2000 battlefield.
- Competitors will face off for the One-on-one and Team battles in tournament "tree"-style. The tournament "tree" will
be determined, randomly, at the event.
- One-on-one and team battles will last for 3 rounds. The Free-For-All battle will last 5 rounds.
The winner is the person whose robot has the overall highest score.
- Teams may consist of up to and including five robots.
- Entrants into the team event may also team up in designing robots for the same team. However, the spoils of victory will be shared.
